Methods of sport and performance psychology delivery for athletes, teams, and performers, both face-to-face and online.
If you’re reaching out for support and performance enhancement for the first time, you might not be sure how this might look. There are two parts that contribute to this. Firstly, all sport psychologists will practice slightly differently because we are human and each practitioner brings their own personal flair to their practice. Secondly, you the client is also human and unique. So, given the personal and individualised nature of psychological work, the way it will look will be dependent on what you want to work on and how you work as a person.

How it will look? The initial assessment
Working on your mental game takes time and commitment, just like successfully training any other skill. And, it’s important for you to feel comfortable which whoever you choose to work with. For this reason, I offer an introductory assessment call which allows us to briefly understand how each other works and make a decision on whether the relationship will work.
How will it look? Moving forward.
Just in the same way that you will not see results after one personal training session, psychology is best viewed as an ongoing process, in which we are continually learning and adapting. For this reason, I offer an initial package of 4 sessions which allows us to both commit to the work ahead and build a solid foundation on which to make tangible progress.
Typically involves collaborating on a workshop idea surrounding a particular aspect of wellbeing or performance to present to a relevant group. See our services page for a list of common topics.
